Flutterglow and Cloverflower

Today’s fairy profile is a two-fer, because they go together like peanut butter and jelly: Flutterglow and Cloverflower.

Bud Mushroom once jumped about them on his blog, so I will hand him the reins and let him describe them from his point of view. 🙂

Flutterglow wears a green dress. It looks like leaves. She has yellow hair and light skin. Her hair is straight. She does not like to comb her hair. She likes to look at herself. She looks in water and sees herself! I look in water and see myself. I do not look in water and see Flutterglow. I do not know why.

Flutterglow lives with Cloverflower. Flutterglow has this job: Royal Courier. She has a Special Bag. Her Bag is Purple, because she works for the Queen. Her bag is Magic! She can put anything into her bag! The thing can be very very big, but the Bag is Magic and will make the thing very very small. Then it gets big again when it comes out. I carried her Bag once. I was being Useful.

Flutterglow does not have a Mummy. Flutterglow has a Poppy. His name is Wildwhisper. He takes care of the Thorn. I will jump about him Some Other Time.

Flutterglow like to eat Human Snacks. She should not go to the Human World to get Snacks but she Simply Can’t Help Herself. Sometimes Humans think she is a wasp! They try to swat her! But she is not a wasp. She is a fairy. This is why: she does not have a stinger.

Sometimes she shares her Snacks with me. One time she found Cheese Burger. She said, *It was just sitting there, Bud, I swear it didn’t belong to anyone.* And then she giggled. I do not know why. She gave me some. It was Delicious.

Sometimes I do things Flutterglow does not like. Then she makes this noise: Exasperated. Exasperated means I did something Flutterglow Does Not Like. Sometimes I mix-up what she Does Like and what she Does Not Like! But she always says, *It’s alright, Bud. I know you didn’t mean to do it.* And then she gives me a Delicious Snack. I love Delicious Snacks.

That is everything about Flutterglow.

Cloverflower is my friend. She has brown skin and black hair. Her hair is curly.  She likes to comb her hair. She smells like honey and flowers.

She wears this color: pink. Pink is her favorite color. That is why she wears it. Her clothing is called Dress. I do not know why.

She does not wear shoes. This is why: The Queen made a Rule that No Fairy Can Wear Shoes. So no one wears them, including Cloverflower!

She has this Job: Royal Messenger. That means she delivers Messages for The Queen. She tells things to other fairies. Sometimes she tells them with letters on a leaf. She does not have a Magic Rock so she cannot jump words. But she does not need to! Her Magic can make the letters!

Sometimes she delivers messages with her mouth. She says words that sound exactly like the person the message is from. She can sound like Any Fairy! One time she tricked me. She hid outside my house. She said *Bud Mushroom, this is the Queen. Come to me At Once.* It sounded Just Like The Queen! I went to The Queen At Once. But The Queen did not Summon me At Once! It was Cloverflower playing a trick! When I found out, I laughed and laughed.

Cloverflower flies very fast! I do not fly fast. Sometimes we fly places together. She holds my hand. She helps me fly. She says words like *You can do it, Bud!* She says them in her own voice, so I know she is the one that thought of them.

Cloverflower lives with Flutterglow. This is why: they live in the same house. I DO know why! They are friends and want to live together. I visit them sometimes. I always go in through the door, and not the window. One time, I went in the window. But they did not like that. So now I always use the door. That way they do not say *Bud Mushroom, do not come in through our window.*

Cloverflower likes to drink Acorn Milk. She likes to eat Walnut Bread with Cricket Butter. When she is not Doing Her Job, she likes to play games with me and Flutterglow.

Cloverflower has a Mummy like I do. Her Mummy is Pebblemist. I will jump words about Pebblemist a different time.

That is everything about Cloverflower.
