One year ago today, we officially adopted a local stray cat, and named him Cookie.
He’s very handsome . . .
Even if he is a sneak-thief.
It’s also Ciarnait’s birthday!
She’s been with us since she was about 5 weeks old, and she is now 15 years.
We don’t know her exact birthday — she was found in a box behind a Target store when she was a kitten (and still likes to sleep on packing paper!). But it’s sometime in mid-October, so we decided to retcon it to Cookie Day. š
They will be served a Delicious Treat in honor of their Special Day. š
