New story update

I am about halfway done with the next Twinkle Dingle story – it will be a novelette (about 10K words) from the point-of-view of Bud Mushroom. It’s a sequel in the sense that it tales place after Don’t Piss Off The Fairies, but it’s not directly connected; you don’t have to read one to enjoy the other.

It’s fairly light and silly, and has a similar feel to Bud’s Blog. If you’re  a fan of that, you’ll like this story. The title is a secret for the moment (but the image on this post is a clue!); when it’s done, it will be available for FREE on Smashwords – and yes, it will have an awesome cover created by the very talented Kayla Matt.

Speaking of Smashwords, they just started “Smashwords Alerts,” a feature that notifies Smashwords customers of new releases from their favorite authors. You can go to my Smashwords page and click the button labeled “Subscribe to Author Alerts.” Smashwords will only use your information to notify you about new releases – like the story mentioned above – of authors you’re following.

And now, I have a couple of favors to ask. First, if you’ve read Don’t Piss Off The Fairies, please review it wherever it was purchased  – even if you don’t like it (although I hope you do!). It helps author rankings to have reviews, even poor ones. Reviewing on Amazon would also be helpful, regardless of where you made your purchase.

And finally, I am very close to being able to have a custom name URL for Bud’s page on Facebook; it’s based on how many “likes” a page has. Please “like” his page, so I can change his Facebook URL – he has a hard time remembering “737678586335484”!

Thank you! ♥
